Roses

n April, Mom & I planted some very special roses in honor of Demetri (my nephew) and Cora (my friend Kristine's daughter).  Demetri's is a Climbing Joseph's Robe rose that has orange-yellow blooms. Cora's is a Pink Peace Rose.

We've experienced a cool summer up until this week, which meant that while the bushes themselves grew, we didn't have any blossoms. But now, after a long wait, we have so many buds & blossoms! It's wonderful!
